After not reaching the playoffs the 1st 2 game cycles (M20 & M21), the former owner has turned the franchise around into a winning one as the team has made the playoffs since season 7, reaching the AFC Championship in seasons 8 & 9. The owner abruptly left season 12, after not being able to get over the hurdles that were the Cleveland Browns and New England Patriots.
