Chicago has had a couple owners over the years. But they haven't had the success they've been hoping for, only having 2 playoff appearances, both coming in the "Lost Seasons" era, going 13-3 one of those years. Doesn't help the Windy City team either, considering their former counterpart (Cougars), hoisted a trophy in their short tenure in Chi-town.
