San Fran has been a very solid team in the league. They've won the division every single year except the 1st 2. They've won a ton of games, only downfall really is that they've yet to make it to the Super Bowl, as they've made it to the NFC Championship game. The team went from one great, but arrogant owner, to a very good, humbled one, that keeps the winning culture alive for the 49ers, and looks to be the one to take the team to the promised land.
